What happens if I need to make a change to the content of my resume because something changes, such as an additional job skill or certification?

When you order a resume from us we automatically include one free revision for your future use, and we also make additional changes possible at a reasonable fee of just $20 per change thereafter. All you have to do is send us an email at contact@resumes-experts.com and we will take care of it. And don’t worry – if you need a change because of a mistake we’ve made, there is no charge to fix it.

How long does it take you to get my Applicant Tracking System Friendly Resume back to me?

Do you retain my resume information after I’ve submitted it to you for the free review process?

Once we have provided a review of your resume to determine whether it will be able to get through the Applicant Tracking Systems, we immediately purge it from our system. We maintain complete confidentiality of your personal data and do not share it with any other service.

Can I request more than one free review of my resume?

Every time that we provide a free review of a resume it represents an investment of an hour and a half of our time, as well as an investment of roughly $2 on testing through the software that we have purchased subscriptions to. The video recordings of the screens that we view also represent a significant cost to us. As a result, we are only able to provide one comprehensive free review per client.
